Dataset description

The BfG operates the Marine Environment Database (MUDAB) on behalf of the UBA. In MUDAB, measurement data on OSPAR and HELCOM measurement programs are usually stored by various institutions once a year and then transmitted to ICES (Copenhagen). The measurement data may be part of the basis for reporting under the Marine Strategy Framework Directive. The European Environment Agency has direct access to MUDAB’s relevant data via ICES
