Dataset description

Areas in which the mountain control is terminated. Pursuant to Paragraph 69(2) of the Bundesberggesetz (Bundesberggesetz), the mountain supervision ends after the implementation of the final operating plan or corresponding orders by the competent authority at the time when, in general experience, it is no longer likely that the operation will cause risks to the life and health of third parties, to other mining operations and to deposits whose protection is in the public interest or harmful effects to the community. The data is kept up-to-date.
