Dataset description

A well-developed and comprehensive charging infrastructure is one of the prerequisites for the further advancement of e-mobility. However, electromobile movement does not stop at the city’s border, so it makes sense to expand into the region in a coordinated manner. This is where the project starts, the region is considered as a whole and the concept gives the opportunity to plan a strategic expansion in the region. Further information: Hamburg Metropolitan Region To identify suitable locations for the development of charging infrastructure in the metropolitan region of Hamburg (MRH), the ISB of RWTH Aachen University has used and further developed the STELLA model (location model for electric charging infrastructure). Stella uses methods and data structures similar to traditional traffic modeling methods. Data bases: STELLA 2016; BKG; BVWP; DDS; Federal interconnectedness forecast; Project SLAM; GoingElectric (as of March 2016) Results from the HansE project; Processing: RWTH Aachen University Further information: Hamburg Metropolitan Region or ISB RWTH Aachen <img alt="RWTH Aachen" src=" http://geoportal.metropolregion.hamburg.de/bilder/logo_hanse_hmdk.png "style="float: left;">
