The Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS®) contains spatial data to describe the properties (content: Land plots, buildings, where applicable ownership information, including references to public law provisions and the results of the official soil assessment.
Alkis® is a standard developed by the Association of Surveying Administrations of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV) for the management of official spatial data in the uniform AFIS-ALKIS-ATKIS data model. The AAA data model uses the standards and standards of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), the Opengeospatial Consortium (OGC) and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is documented in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The derived AAA application scheme includes, among other things, the norm-based exchange interface (NAS) and the AAA output catalogs.
The description of the data structure can be found in the Federal definition “AdV concept for the modelling of geoinformation of the official surveying system” (GeoInfoDok) at http://www.adv-online.de/AAA-Modell/Dokumente-der-GeoInfoDok/.
