Dataset description

The data set covers the spatial scope of the 28 (status 05/2020) changes to the Land Use Plan of the City of Wuppertal (FNP), which are not yet legally effective. The modification procedures are at different stages of the procedure. In general, the scope of the modification procedures is multipolygons with a maximum of 3 sub-areas (as of 05/2020). For each change procedure, the data set contains the number of the change procedure and (if defined) the number of the B plan that gave rise to the FNP change. In addition, two hyperlinks are indicated for each change procedure: one leads to a PDF document in which the state is compared before and — if already designed — after the planned modification of the FNP, the other opens the document viewer of the web application “FNP-Inspektor Wuppertal” with all documents available for the modification process digitally. The scope of the modification procedures is constructed on the basis of the Wuppertal Land Use Plan of 17.01.2005 with the German Ground Map 1:5,000, as of 1996, used as a background map. Tension-free overlay with current large-scale maps or orthophotos is therefore not possible. The scope of application is not yet precisely aligned with the limits of the main FNP utilisation areas prior to their legal validity. An update of the database takes place only after the initiation, further development or completion of an amendment procedure to the FNP. The dataset is available under an open data license (CC BY-ND 4.0) with the exclusion of data modification.
