Dataset description

The map shows the CLEVER Cities project area from the EU funding programme Horizon 2020 in Hamburg, Neugraben-Fischbek. The project area extends from the centre of Neugraben to the new building area Vogelkamp (planned development area), the district school Fischbek-Falkenberg, the old village centre Fischbek and the settlement Sandbek as well as the new building area Fischbeker-Reethen in the west at the state border with Lower Saxony. Smart Cities Projects: Within the project area, various CLEVER projects (projects) are located that represent nature-based, co-creative solutions to urban challenges, such as heavy rain events, citizen satisfaction or increasing biodiversity. You can find more about the individual projects here: https://preview.poc.hamburg.de/hhcae-cm7/servlet/segment/de/harburg/clever-cities-projekte Clever Cities Corridor: The project area is located between the nature reserves of Moorgürtel in the north and the Fischbeker Heide in the south. The two protected areas with a city-wide importance for the conservation of nature and species are separated by the partly dense development of Neugraben-Fishbek. Clever Cities aims to create linear, nature-based connections (green connections) between the two protected areas. Through a green corridor (corridor), which runs through the settlement band, the various Clever projects are to be linked. Smart Cities Planning Area: In the Clever project area, other plans such as RISE support areas for sustainable district development (planning area inventory structure) or large-scale newly developed development areas are included.
