The real estate price calculator is based on market models (comparison factors) determined by the review committees from the purchase price collection using mathematical-statistical methods (multiple regression). Market models are usually published annually in land market reports. The property price calculation serves to determine an approximate price level and is intended to serve the user as an indication of a rough estimate of the property value.
