Market models are usually published annually in land market reports. The property price calculation serves to determine an approximate price level and is intended to serve the user as an indication of a rough estimate of the property value. It does not replace market value assessments and cannot be used as a basis for a qualified traffic valuation pursuant to Section 194 of the Building Code.
