In priority areas, other spatially significant uses shall be excluded to the extent that they are incompatible with the priority functions or uses or objectives of the sites for the energy supply installations. In reserved areas, other spatially significant uses or measures shall be weighed. Locations for energy supply systems are excluded in exclusion areas.
