Dataset description

The service contains the data of soil estimation. Soil estimation results as well as the location and description of the soil profiles are transferred to the real estate register in digital form after the existing force has entered. The takeover takes place on a community basis. Insofar as soil estimation results have not yet been included in the real estate register, only the analogous documents located in accordance with their jurisdiction with the lower survey authorities can be used. The GeoSN provides a table on its homepage “Recovery status soil estimation”. For municipalities (exception for the cities of Dresden, Chemnitz and Leipzig: Markers) marked ‘yes’ in the table shall apply: Soil estimation results as well as the location and description of the soil profiles are taken over completely. For municipalities (exception for the cities of Dresden, Chemnitz and Leipzig: Markers) marked as ‘no’ in the table shall apply: There are no soil estimation data or soil estimation data already adopted are not presented because they are still in a processing state or are currently being updated. The ALKIS data is presented according to the ALKIS signature catalogue for standard AdV outputs. Note: All limits of soil estimation results are presented differently as a continuous line. Samples and comparisons are displayed without ringing lines or without signatures and marked exclusively with “M” or “V”. The color representation is carried out according to signature catalogue. The table “Soil estimation status” can be found at: https://www.landesvermessung.sachsen.de/prod_lika_testdaten/StandBodSchaetz.pdf . The maximum image size is 4096 x 4096 pixels.
