Urban planning areas

In connection with the soil benchmarks (Section 196(1) of the Building Code), urban development areas (development areas and refurbishment areas that are not implemented in the simplified procedure) are presented. In their scope, the soil benchmarks with the process states are uninfluenced or uninfluenced for development and, where requested by the municipality, remedial or influenced by the process states. The land benchmarks marked as unaffected refer to the property quality before the start of the renovation or development measures. They only take into account the respective economic performance since the beginning of the measures. On the other hand, land benchmarks marked as influenced take into account the legal and actual reorganisation of the land after completion of the measures.
