Vector data development plans Hamburg

This data set represents the contents of all binding construction plans (construction plans, implementation plans, partial building plans and building step plans) in Hamburg. All contents of the above-mentioned plans have been recorded, which are apparent from the drafting of the binding construction plans, including the textual determinations. The graphic representation is based on the presentation of the construction plans. The data is collected according to the XPlanung standard. The XPlanung database provides an overview of the applicable planning law, but does not replace it. In the case of information on the applicable planning law, the construction plans must be consulted in any case.
