Ziel im Regionalplan. Vorranggebiete vorbeugender Hochwasserschutz sind von Bebauung freizuhalten. Innerhalb von Vorranggebieten vorbeugender Hochwasserschutz soll die Errichtung von Anlagen der Infrastruktur, die den Wasserabfluss behindern können oder Rückhalteraum nicht ausgleichbar einschränken, ausgeschlossen sein. Die Abflussbereiche von Vorranggebieten vorbeugender Hochwasserschutz sollen als Grünland genutzt oder durch Aufforstung geeigneter Gebiete in ihrem Retentionsvermögen gestärkt werden. -Daten stammen vom Regionalen Planungsverband Leipzig-Westsachsen -rechtliche Grundlage bildet der Regionalplan Westsachsen 2008 (Stand 25.07.2008)
