WFS Hamburger Residential Locations Directory

Web Feature Service (WFS) with residential areas from the Hamburg Residential Areas Directory. The Hamburg Residential Areas Directory is a list of all evaluated Road sections (block sides) in residential areas in Hamburg. This is not an official list, but is intended exclusively for a proper classification of rental apartments in the residential area categories “good” or “normal” as the basis for creating the Hamburger Mietenspiegel. Blurring in the delimitation of the approximately 24,000 road sections assessed is compensated by the large number of data used in the creation of the rental mirror.
