Dataset description
The risk analysis of heavy rain in the context of the municipal heavy rain risk management in Baden-Württemberg contains a simple procedure for assessing the entry risk of “sludge” into the flow paths of water concentrated in heavy rain at the site surface (LUBW 2019: “Guide for municipal heavy rain risk management in Baden-Württemberg” — Annex 6). It takes into account the factors of land use, slope inclination and soil removal, which are already summarised in the dataset soil removal classes as well as their spatial location in relation to runways and flow paths.
