Dataset description
The appeal against the judgments of the Oberverwaltungsgericht Berlin-Brandenburg of 24 May 2019 (OVG Berlin-Brandenburg, judgments of 24 May 2019 — OVG 2 A 4-8.9) concerning the factual sub-regional plan “Wind Energy Use” of the Regional Planning Community Lausitz-Spreewald was rejected by decision of the Federal Administrative Court of 10 June 2020. As a result, the judgments of 24 May 2019 have become final and the Regional Plan is no longer applicable.
