WMS residents grid (1 ha) with residents on 09.05.2011 for the metropolitan region of Hamburg, Census 2011

This WMS (Web Map Service) contains the population per hectare grid cell as a result of the census on 9 May 2011 for the Hamburg Metropolitan Region. Each resident is assigned to an address and thus a grid cell with a side length of 100 m. Members of the Bundeswehr, the police authorities and the Federal Foreign Service, as well as their families resident abroad, are not taken into account in this evaluation. The grid is INSPIRE compliant. Grid cells with individual persons are designated as grid cells without persons and grid cells with only two persons such as grid cells with three persons. The data set is available for viewing when using the resident tool in geoportals of the city of Hamburg. Hamburg itself is excluded from the presentation, as here the population numbers from the population register are available with an annual up-to-dateness.
