Dataset description

Der Anteil der Sozialmietwohnungen am Wohnungsbestand werden für das Jahr 2017 auf Ebene der Prognoseräume dargestellt. 2017 waren durchschnittlich 5 % des Berliner Wohnungsbestandes Sozialmietwohnungen. Der Anteil an Sozialmietwohnungen lag in 29 Prognoseräumen unter 3 %, darunter in Buch, CW 6 und Lichtenberg Süd bei 0 %. Zwischen 3 % und unter 8 % war der Anteil in 14 Prognoseräumen. Über 8 % – lag der Anteil der Sozialmietwohnungen in 17 Prognoseräumen, darunter in 3 Prognoseräumen bei mehr als 15%. Am höchsten war der Anteil mit 33 % in Kreuzberg Nord.
