Dataset description

The data set includes the turning points recorded in the course of the NavLog project since March 2007 and relevant for logistics along the currently used timber removal routes in the Free State of Saxony. Wood removal routes are transport and return paths that are used in the harvesting of wood. Details of the size (length, width, height), tonnage and passability in the loaded state are provided at each turning point. The NavLog project as a joint project of the forestry and timber industry aims to create a uniform database of navigational data across the whole country via the sewer network of all forest species. The data is used in the exit path map, scale 1:25,000. Derivation from log_abhau_p.
