Workshops for persons with disabilities offer on the basis of §§ 219ff. in conjunction with §§ 56ff. SGB IX People who are not or are not yet eligible for employment on the general labour market, including employment in an inclusion company (Section 215 SGB IX) and who provide a minimum level of economically viable work performance, are employed. The service in the field of work is provided by the integration support provider as a “service for participation in working life”. Benefits in the process of receipt and vocational training are usually provided by the Federal Employment Agency, pension insurance or statutory accident insurance.
