Dataset description

The ATOM Feed Download Service for the legally binding interior regulations in Wuppertal provides a dataset for download, which covers the spatial scope of the four interior regulations of the City of Wuppertal pursuant to §34 (4) No. 1 of the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB). These are also referred to as clarification statutes. The scope of the interior statutes has been defined in the original statutes only by 1:1000 scale site plans. Based on these site plans, the scope polygons based on the digital property map were constructed in the best possible way. Each scope polygon has, among other things, a factual attribute with a hyperlink to the digital statute document in the form of a multi-page PDF document. An update of the database takes place only after a formal amendment or repeal of an interior statute or after a decision of another interior statute. However, the data that the download service accesses will be updated on a regular basis for security purposes. The data set provided by the download service is subject to an open data license excluding data change (CC BY-ND 4.0). According to the AG Geokom.NRW of the leading municipal associations in North Rhine-Westphalia and the state of NRW, there is a legal obligation to publish in accordance with the requirements of the INSPIRE Directive and the Geodata Access Act NRW. The internal regulations in the recommendation for action of this WG are assigned to the topic of “soil use” in Annex III to the Directive.
