Dataset description

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Before the Werren — 3 rd change” of the municipality of Pfinztal from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Pure residential area (WR) General Residential Area (WA) — Fixing of new lines of construction of individual plots of land (were changed again at 4th amendment) Ref. 621.411.020.
