Yield Measures Hamburg

All agricultural land is subject to uniform taxation of land estimation for reasons. The yield measurement number (EMC) is an index of the natural yield capacity of a land estimated area and is calculated from the area and the number of arable land or grassland. If necessary, the total yield measurement number of a parcel is a product of several yields. The service shall provide total yields for all parcels for which soil estimation results are available. As the EMZs are subject to an ongoing review and reassessment and on the other hand are dependent on the area size, they are calculated and thus made available on the reference date. The data sets are continued each year with a time series. The closing date is January 1 of each year.
