Dataset description

The address points are the official Berlin addresses including coordinates according to the numbering plans of the surveying offices. They are used for the generation/validation of primarily statistical spatial units. In addition to the geometry information (official coordinates), an address dataset contains a selection of property attributes, which usually contain references to other spatial references in the form of key values. Note: The address search in the FIS broker is updated monthly with the RBS addresses. Deviations in the situation as well as in the data base themselves are possible.
