This includes data from the former property map, the former real estate book and the border proof in ALKIS. The basis for ALKIS® is a technical concept developed by the Association of Surveying Administrations of the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV) for the management of all basic data of the official surveying system (see reference).<br/>All federal states have committed themselves to maintaining an ALKIS base according to this concept. In addition, there are country-specific data according to the data model. This record contains selected data: Land plots, parcel number, actual use, buildings, structures, topography, other indications, territorial units, relief, signatures and geographical names.
