Dataset description

By means of the articles of association pursuant to § 34 of the BauGB, the limits for districts built in the context can be defined, built-up areas in the external area defined as part of the local area in connection with the construction or individual outdoor areas are included in the related districts. The articles of association pursuant to Section 35 of the BauGB may determine for projects in certain built-up areas in external areas that they do not contradict the presentation in the land use plan, e.g. as agricultural or forest area. The statutes can also be extended to projects that serve smaller crafts and commercial enterprises. The procedure numbering follows schema 400 to 499 (see associated PDF document for more information).
