Dataset description

The Law on the Building Plan Hausbruch 19/Heimfeld 26 of 10 July 1972 (HmbGVBl. P. 132), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495), is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Hausbruch 19/Heimfeld 26” is added to the Act. 2. In § 2, the previous text of the fixing number 1 and the following point 2 is added: 2. In the commercial area, retail establishments, insofar as they do not trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other land-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools and other construction and garden supplies, shall be prohibited. 2.1 brothels and brothel-like establishments as well as demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at depictions or acts of sexual character are prohibited. 2.2 Exceptions for gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of § 33 i of the Trade Code, betting offices and demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at representations or acts of sexual character are excluded. 2.3 The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
