Dataset description

The Law on the Building Plan Wilhelmsburg 70 of 10 September 1985 (HmbGVBl. P. 263), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505,507), is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Wilhelmsburg 70” is added to the Act. 2. Section 2 is amended as follows: 2.1 Points 12 and 14 are deleted. The previous paragraphs 13 and 15 to 17 will be points 12 to 15. 2.2 The following points 16 to 23 are added: 16. The designation of commercial area" on parcels 310, 311, 316, 318 and 9723 (old: 319) of the Wilhelmsburg area as well as the determinations regarding the extent of the structural use shall be repealed. 17. On the area referred to as “1”, public green area with the purpose of parking is designated. The northern boundary, as indicated in the development plan, is moved to the south by 5 m. 18. The area referred to as “2” is fixed as a general residential area, four-storey maximum in closed construction with a base area of 0.5. The Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. IS. 466,479). 19. On the area referred to as ‘3’, four full storeys shall be fixed as the maximum and a base area of 1.0 instead of fixing the number of full floors of I + I UG. 20. On the area referred to as “4” the walking and driving right is lifted. 21. Further local traffic areas are required for the development of parcels 310 to 312,316, 318 and 9723 of the Wilhelmsburg area. Their exact location is determined by the intended development. They are manufactured in accordance with Section 125(2) of the Building Code. 22. Underground car parks shall be provided with at least 50 cm thick and rootable substrate structure and must be greened. For trees to be planted on an area of 12 m per tree, the layer thickness shall be at least 1 m. 23. At a distance of 20 m from the outer conductors of the above-ground electricity line marked in the plan drawing, dwellings shall be prohibited.’
