## The record has not been updated since 15.02.2022. The dataset contains the case numbers of the coronavirus infections (SARS-CoV-2 infection numbers) in the urban region of Aachen. These are the following day-specific data, distributed among municipalities belonging to the city region: — Reporting date — Total number of sick persons — Number of recoveries — Total number of deceased persons — Number of currently ill persons — 7 @-@ days @-@ incidence * Note: Due to the positive development of the infection, the crisis bars of the city and city region Aachen are now only issuing a daily report on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. *Seven-day incidence: The seven-day incidence indicates how many new infections have occurred in the last 7 days. For the data to be comparable, the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants is calculated. It is an important indicator on which the coronavirus measures are based.
