City of Neustadt a.d.W.: Digital mapping of the monument list

Cultural monuments and historical zones of the list of monuments in the city of Neustadt/Weinstraße. The list of monuments is based on the volumes of the series Monument Topography Federal Republic of Germany, Cultural Monuments in Rhineland-Palatinate — City of Neustadt an der Weinstraße — Volume 19.1 “Kernstadt” (2008), Volume 19.2 “Ortsbezirke Diedesfeld, Duttweiler, Geinsheim, Gimmeldingen, Haardt, Hambach, Königsbach, Lachen-Speyerdorf, Mußbach” (2008). Recently received information on address changes, terminations, etc. has been incorporated. Ongoing work is being carried out on updating the list of monuments; revised pages are marked by updating the date. In particular, addresses may be outdated or no longer accurate in individual cases; Notices and corrections are expressly desired. The archaeological sites known to the technical authority are not listed in this list because of their danger. The protection of immovable cultural monuments already arises from the fulfilment of the legal requirements of § 3 Monument Protection Act (DSchG) and is not dependent on the entry in the list of monuments, i.e. also objects that are not listed in the list of monuments may be monuments. The list does not claim completeness.
