Dataset description

The Billstedt 69 Building Plan Act of 27 June 1975 (HmbGVBl. P. 133), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 503) is amended as follows: 1.The annex to the Second Ordinance amending the Billstedt 69 Building Plan Act is added to the Act. 2. Paragraph 2 is amended as follows: 2.1In point 2, the words ‘and in the general residential areas with two-storey buildings’ shall be deleted. 2.2(4) is replaced by the following: ¿4. In the commercial areas south of the Steinbeker Grenzdamm, retail establishments, commercial leisure facilities (such as squash and tennis halls, bowling alleys) and businesses with significant access and departure traffic, in particular petrol stations, vans, warehouses and storage areas are prohibited. Exceptions for entertainment venues shall be excluded.’ 2.3 The following points 8 and 9 are added: ¿8. In general residential areas with two-storey buildings, retail establishments are prohibited. 9. For the general residential areas and commercial areas within the area described in the annex, the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479), is decisive.’
