The law on the development plan Eidelstedt 30 of 25 June 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 289), as amended on 1. December 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 524), is amended as follows: 1.Appendix to the Regulation amending the The law on the development plan Eidelstedt 30" is Added the law. 2.In § 2, the following point 9 is added: 9TH. For the area of the modification of the Eidelstedt 30 development plan as shown in the Annex, the following shall apply: 9.1 Retail establishments are prohibited in the mixed area. By way of exception, retail uses which are directly related to crafts and manufacturing enterprises and whose area does not exceed 20 per cent of the area superstructured with farm buildings are permitted. 9.2 Along the runway, the living and sleeping rooms are to be assigned to the sides of the building that are turned away from noise by arrangement of the building structure or by suitable floor plan design. If it is not possible to arrange all the living and sleeping rooms of an apartment on the side of the building that is turned out of noise, the sleeping rooms are primarily assigned to the noisy side of the building. For the rooms on the noisy sides of the building, sufficient sound insulation must be created by means of structural measures on external doors, windows, exterior walls and roofs of the buildings. Living-bedrooms in one-room apartments and children’s rooms are to be judged like bedrooms. 9.3 Lounges of commercial uses, in particular the rest and relaxation rooms, are to be assigned to the noisy side of the building due to suitable layout design. Insofar as it is not possible to arrange on the sides of the building away from traffic noise, sufficient sound insulation on external doors, windows, exterior walls and roofs of the buildings must be created for these rooms by means of structural measures. 9.4 By way of derogation from point 3, the following determination shall apply to the mixed area north of the Rungwish: Along the Holsteiner Chaussee, sleeping rooms can be orientated towards the noisy side of the building. Living-bedrooms in one-room apartments and children’s rooms are to be judged like bedrooms. If a level of 70 dB(A) per day is reached or exceeded on the sides of the building, structural sound insulation measures in the form of glazed stems (e.g. glazed loggias, conservatories) or similar measures shall be provided for on the windows of the rooms facing this building. For an outdoor area of an apartment, either by orientation to the sides of the building or by means of structural sound insulation measures such as glazed loggias with partially opened components, such as glazed loggias with partially opened components, these structural measures shall ensure that a total sound level reduction is achieved, allowing for a day level of less than 65 dB(A) in the exterior of the apartment.’
