Development plan Eidelstedt 53 1st amendment Hamburg

In § 2 of the Law on the Development Plan Eidelstedt 53 of 22 October 1985 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 288), the following point 25 is added: 25. In the case of the mixed area on Kieler Straße designated in the plant with ‘A’, as well as for the core areas designated as ‘B’, on Pinneberger Chaussee/Kieler Straße, on Lohkampstraße and on Elbgaustraße, gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of Section 33i of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of play equipment with or without profit, as well as sales rooms and sales areas, pre-export and commercial premises whose purpose is aimed at selling articles, representations or acts of sexual character, shall be prohibited. Exceptions to the facilities referred to in sentence 1 shall be excluded for the industrial areas designated in the annex with ‘C’ on Kieler Straße and on Elbgaustraße.’
