The Regulation on the development plan Eppendorf 7 of 20. December 1977 (HmbGVBl. P. 417) is amended as follows: 1.The annex to the Regulation amending the Regulation on the Eppendorf 7 development plan is added to the Regulation. 2.In § 2, the following point 2 is added: 2. For the area depicted in the plant north of Osterfeldstraße, the following applies: 2.1 In commercial areas, retail establishments shall not be permitted insofar as they do not trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other land-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools and other construction and garden supplies, issue or store these items. The Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479) is decisive. 2.2 On the area referred to as “A”, air-stressing and odor-damaging establishments are not permitted. 2.3 Along the Osterfeldstraße, road traffic area is fixed on a 5 m wide area north of the road boundary line. The road boundary is moved accordingly to the north. 2.4 Further local traffic areas are required for the development of the land. Their exact location is determined by the intended development. They are manufactured in accordance with Section 125(2) of the Building Code.
