On parcels 1829, 1830, 1437, 2762, 1433, 1428, 1425, 1418,1391 and 1368 of the Fuhlsbüttel area, it is permissible to exceed the lateral construction limits up to 4 m in the two-storey area; a lateral distance of at least 3 m shall be maintained.’
