The Law on the Building Plan Fuhlsbüttel 9 of 18 June 1968 (HmbGVBl. P. 144), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494,495, 500), is amended as follows:

2.In § 2, the following point 4 is added:
4. The following rules apply to the residential areas set out in the annex:
4.1 A base area number of 0.3 shall be set as the maximum.
4.2 The mandatory two-storey design and the closed construction will be cancelled.
4.3 For buildings with a construction depth of 10 m, the rear construction boundary shall be lifted and fixed from the front road-side construction boundary to a construction depth of 12 m. From the roadside
With a construction depth of 8.5 m, two full-storey floors are set as maximum dimensions and subsequently a full floor is set as the maximum for a construction depth of 3.5 m.
4.4 For single-storey extensions, it is permissible to exceed the lateral building limits up to 4 m, provided that the required space areas are permitted according to the Hamburg Building Regulations of 1 July 1986 (HmbGVBl. P. 183), last amended on 20 February 2001 (HmbGVBl. P. 27, 31) to be respected. On parcels 1829, 1830, 1437, 2762, 1433, 1428, 1425, 1418,1391 and 1368 of the Fuhlsbüttel area, it is permissible to exceed the lateral construction limits up to 4 m in the two-storey area; a lateral distance of at least 3 m shall be maintained.’
