The Law on the Building Plan Lohbrügge 68 of 9 November 1977 (HmbGVBl. P. 354), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 504), is amended as follows: 1. The attached annex to the Regulation amending the Law on the Lohbrügge 68 development plan is added to the Act. 2. Section 2 is amended as follows: 2.1 The previous text becomes point 1. 2.2 The following points 2 to 2.5 are added: 2. For the area of amendment as shown in the Annex, the following shall apply: 2.1 Core-area-typical entertainment venues are not permitted in the commercial area. Non-core area-typical entertainment venues are only permitted on the area designated as “(V). 2.2 In the commercial area, with the exception of the area referred to as “B”), brothels, brothel-like establishments, demonstration and business premises whose purpose is intended for representations or acts of sexual character, shall be prohibited. 2.3 In the commercial area, on the area referred to as “B”), brothels, brothel-like establishments and demonstration and business premises, the purpose of which is intended for representations or acts of sexual character, up to a floor area of a total area of 400 m² are permitted. The land used by these holdings shall be covered by hedges at a height of at least 2.00 m on all sides. The hedges can be broken for required land access at a width of 5 m. 2.4 In the commercial area and on the utility areas, advertising facilities are only permitted for establishments at the site of the service. The advertising facilities must not exceed the maximum eaves height available on the respective plots. Advertising systems with alternating light are not permitted. 2.5 The Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 11 June 2013 (BGBl. I p. 1548, 1551).
