Development plan Rissen 26 1st amendment Hamburg

The Regulation on the Rissen 26 development plan of 27 October 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 281) is amended as follows: 1. In the drawing presentation, the fixing of “Plots for common use” (municipal center) is changed to the fixing of the “pure residential area”. For this residential area, two full floors (as a maximum) and the construction method of “terrace houses” are fixed for a maximum of 0.4 and a floor area of a maximum of 0.6. 2. The current single paragraph shall be Section 1. 3. As a new § 2, the following shall be inserted: SECTION 2 The following provision applies to the implementation of the development plan: Further local traffic areas may be required for the development of the parcel 1552 of the Rissen area. Their exact location is determined by the intended development. They are fixed on request in a decision pursuant to Paragraph 14 of the Hamburgische Wegegesetz, as amended by 22 January 1974 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Ordinance Gazette, p. 41).
