Development plan Schnelsen 24 1st amendment Hamburg

The law on the development plan Schnelsen 24 of 14. December 1964 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 255) is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Schnelsen 24 Development Plan” is added to the Act. 2. In § 2, the following point 6 is added: 6. In the area depicted in the annex between Radenwisch-North boundary of parcel 2827, west and north boundary of parcel 666 of the Schnelsen-Oldesloer Road-South, west and south boundary of parcel 4982 (formerly parcel 673 and southern and eastern part of parcel 3139) of the Schnelsen area, the fixings for a rear-facing public development road with a width of 10 m and a sweep head shall be abolished in so far as it continues the existing public development section; the land shall be designated as non-surfaceable land.’
