Drawing specifications of the state development plan NRW

The data set contains the grid data of the drawing specifications of the current state development plan of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). The Land Development Plan (LEP) defines the medium- and long-term strategic objectives for the spatial development of the state of NRW. His overarching textual and drawing specifications must be observed or taken into account in the subordinate regional, construction management and specialist planning. The drawing determinations are made on the basis of a map in a scale of 1:300,000. Accordingly, they are not oriented towards parcels, but represent an extremely rough determination. It should be noted that the available raster data can only be used informally and without obligation. Only the plan adopted by the State Cabinet and confirmed by the Landtag, as published in the Legislative and Ordinance Gazette (drawing copy of the respective deposit copy in scale 1:300,000) is legally effective. For reasons of better digital readability, the presentation of the data has been adapted in detail. It may therefore deviate selectively from the presentation in the legally valid country development plan. The memorandum limits for lignite mining are still in line with the status of the valid lignite plans. Therefore, they do not yet take into account the decisions of the Land Government on the preservation of the village of Holzweiler, the reduction of open pits or the preservation of the Hambach Forest. These are now being implemented with the initiated lignite plan change procedures.
