*Short description The employment statistics provide information about the employees subject to social security insurance. Gender, training, nationality, economic activity and full/part-time employment are key features that are collected. The data are obtained from the Federal Employment Agency and provided twice a year on the reference dates 30.06. and 31.12. up to the level of the municipalities. — *Long description Statistical results on employees subject to social security insurance (SvB) with place of work in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia are presented. The data comes from the Datawarehouse (DWH) of the Federal Employment Agency (BA). Evidence is given to employed persons and not employment cases. That means: Persons with more than one employment relationship are only proven once with their predominant employment relationship. The results are provisional until three years after the cut-off date. The BA reserves the right to correct them within a period of three years in case of important correction requirements. After the deadline, the results receive the status of final results.
