Energetic refurbishment roadmap of district buildings

The roadmap represents, from today’s point of view, a meaningful order for the renovation of the district buildings in order to achieve the climate neutrality objective. On this basis, building or property-related refurbishment concepts are then developed in further steps, then concrete plans are made and the refurbishment measures are implemented on this basis. It is noted that the savings and cost values presented are an exaggerating consideration of the existing energy recovery potential as well as the costs associated with it according to today’s knowledge (without planning part). In addition, as part of a refurbishment, additional measures are usually implemented that are not relevant from an energetic point of view and are not depicted monetaryly (e.g. measures to ensure stability, fire protection measures, pollutant remediation, measures to ensure accessibility and other refurbishment measures in indoor and outdoor areas). Thus, in the course of the further conceptions, planning and implementation of concrete measures, new findings can arise and the actual costs and potential savings can deviate from the values shown in the roadmap.
