Dataset description
In accordance with Section 193(5) of the BauGB, the fiscal soil values in the built-up outdoor area were determined using average land values derived by the Office of the Oberer Appraiser Committee and using the conversion coefficients for built-up land in the outdoor area, as decided by the Upper Auditor’s Committee. Responsible for the tax values is the State Tax Office, Ferdinand-Sauerbruch-Straße 17, 56073 Koblenz.
