Dataset description

Presentation of flood zones of waters I and II established in accordance with Section 72(1) and (2) of the SächsWG in the version of the notice of 12 July 2013 (GVBl, p. 503). Order in the city of Chemnitz. The flood zones have been interpreted publicly during the period from 04.12.2006 to 17.12.2006 and 22.08.2011 to 04.09.2011 and have been in force since 18.12.2006 and 05.09.2011. In flood zones, the prohibitions pursuant to Section 76 of the WHG apply. Accurate takeover into the preparatory (FNP) and binding (B-plans) construction management planning.
