Dataset description
The reason for the establishment of flood zones for second-order waters is observed, e.g. in August 2002 or in the event of subsequent precipitation events.
The technical determination of the flood areas was carried out specifically for each water body either by mapping the observations (sometimes with subsequent plausibility with the digital terrain model) or by hydrological modelling in the context of the preparation of the flood prevention plan Dresden.
The interactions of the respective waters with other flowing water, groundwater or sewerage as well as temporary installations or protective measures (e.g. sand sacks) or the possible offset of bridges, passages or piping with propellant material were not taken into account.
In accordance with § 100(3) of the Sächsische Wassergesetz (Sächsischer Wassergesetz) (SächsWG) or the German Water Act (SächsWG), the German Water Act (SächsWG) applies.
Section 72(2) and (3) of the SächsWG of 2013. These are statutory provisions. The cards are merely the “mirror image of reality”.
The ÜGs are regularly reviewed and adapted if necessary. The registered OCTs shall establish the status of work on 12. December 2016 The need for further T & Cs will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Since 2 April 2013, the ÜG applies to the water systems/waters Schullwitzbach-System, Lotzebach-System, Bartlake, Omsewitzer Graben-System, Graupaer Bach, Prohliser Landgraben/Geberbach.
Since 4 November 2013, the ÜG applies to the water systems/waters Roter Graben-System, Prießnitz Oberlauf-System, Blasewitz-Grunaer-Landgraben/Koitschgraben/Leubnitzbach, Fried-richsgrundbach and Maltengraben as well as the amended ÜG for the Erlenweggraben.
Since 27 June 2016, the adapted ÜG applies to the Lausenbach system (Lausenbach, Schelsbach, Seifenbach, Ruhlandgraben, Flössertgraben, Trobischgraben, Försterbach, Sauerbuschgraben, Teichkette Weixdorf with Waldbad Weixdorf).
New from 12. In December 2016, ÜG applied to the Kaitzbach system (Kaitzbach, Nöthnitzbach and Zschauke), the Weidigtbach system (Weidigtbach and Gorbitzbach) and the adapted ÜG for the Helfenberger Bach System (Helfenberger Bach, Kucksche).
