Geological overview map 1: 100 000 map without quarter with representation of the depths of the Quaternary Base Berlin and surroundings -GÜK 100- is prepared and issued by the State Office for Geosciences and Raw Materials Brandenburg in cooperation with the LGB. As a topographical basis, the topographic map 1: 100 000 used. It provides a general overview of the diversity and regional distribution of geological peculiarities close to the surface and their different rock compositions.
