Heatmaps on priority occurrences of selected habitat types (LRT)
Each of the 231 habitat types has a Europe-wide unique EU code (four-digit number or letter combination as defined in Annex I to the Habitats Directive). The following LRTs are included here:
— 2150 dunes with broom heath
— 2170 dunes with creeping pastures
— 2190 Moist Thin Valleys
— 2310 Inland dunes with broom heath
— 2320 Inland dunes with crowberry
— 2330 Dunes with Silver Grass Curves
— 4010 Moist heathen
— 4030 Dry heaths
— 6120 dry, calcareous Sandrasen
— 6210 lime @-@ dry grass/... with orchids
— 6230 Borst grass grass
— 6410 Pipe grass meadows
— 6440 Brenndolden @-@ Auenwiesen
— 6510 Magere Flachland @-@ Mähwiesen
Heatmaps are a function of ArcGisPro, which are represented here with a sensitivity of R 10 or R 20. The LRT surfaces were cut using a grid of 500 m*500m (16th of the DTK maps) and then assembled within these 16th sheets with the same LRT combination, so that all area sizes are closer to each other and represent their focal points with the area size and space distribution.
Measurement scale: 1:5.000
The underlying spatial data can be found in the [Biotope mapping](https://opendata.schleswig-holstein.de/dataset/biotopkartierung) dataset.
The **background map** of the heatmaps of the LRT is always identical and represents the following for orientation:
— the external borders of the state of Schleswig-Holstein as well as the district borders as grey lines
— the border of the biogeographical regions in north-south orientation as a dark grey line
— the land area — white — with different gray colors for march, higher and lower geest
— the sea areas, lakes and flowing waters — landscaped in blue
— the built-up areas of larger cities — landscaped in dark grey
— the regions with the highest concentration of the respective LRT graded in yellow-red tones
