Historic House Surroundings NW

Hausumringe (HU) reproduces the geometry of more than 10 million building floor plans in NRW as a shape file. House rings are derived from ALKIS objects for buildings and surface-shaped structures. In addition to the geometry, the individual objects contain the attributes of Official Community Keys, Object Identifier, Building/Building Function and Current Date. Status of the data used: 01.01.2021. Historical house surrounds reflect the geometry of more than 10 million building layouts in NRW as a shape file. House rings are derived from ALKIS objects for buildings and surface-shaped structures. The circles of the Shape file contain no design geometries, no roofs and no underground buildings. In addition to the geometry, the individual objects contain the following attributes: Official municipal code (from 2016), object identifier (from 2020), building/construction function (from 2020) and current date (from 2020). At the end of a year, the datasets of the house envelopes are historicalised and made available as time intervals. The annual figures will be available from 2016.
