Dataset description

The data have been developed as part of the project “Establishment of hydroisohypsic plans for the main aquifer 2017”. In this project, groundwater equals have been calculated for four different years for the Land of Brandenburg as an overview, which are as follows: 1999 (July) as a year with medium water levels. 2006 (spring and autumn) as a year with low water levels 2015 (spring and autumn) as ongoing continuation of water levels For the data from 2011 there has already been a calculation from the project “Aquiferment plans spring and autumn 2011”. The examination at that time was carried out using the method Kriging with external drift. In order to verify the databases, a calculation was made using the detrended Kriging method for 2011 as well, but only for spring 2011. The measured values of the then reference date measurement from spring 2011 were taken. For open-cast mining regions in the southeast of Brandenburg, existing external groundwater pressure areas for the year 2011 are included accordingly. These were then provided by Vattenfall and the LMBV.
