The leakage potential map (VPK) is a water management planning map for assessing the feasibility of rainwater management measures, especially leaching plants. It serves as assistance for the Hamburg administration and planning level, as well as architects and property owners in the following questions:
— Identification of leaching potentials in B-plan areas, development and further information,
— Determination of surface de-sealing potential and evaporation potential,
— First orientation when planning leaching plants.
The VPK was prepared in the Competence Network HAMBURG WASSER (KHW) as a preliminary version and in the joint project RISA (RegenInfraStructure Adaptation) in this version by the Authority for Environment and Energy (BUE), the Geological State Office Hamburg (GLA) and HAMBURG WASSER (HW) in May 2018.
The data is provided as a WMS display service, as a WFS download service and as a WFS data query.
The visible scale range of the layers is limited:
1. Leakable depth (up to 1:10,000)
2. Leakage potential (up to 1:60,000)
3. Leaching potential map with groundwater fluid level < 1 m (1:30,000)
4. Leaching potential with slope (up to 1:15,000)
