Dataset description

The land use plan (FNP) is drawn up for the entire municipal area of the city of Hamm and is drawn up on a scale of 1:15,000. The FNP contains the basic features of the future intended land use and is not parcel-focused. According to § 5 (1) BauGB, it is based on the foreseeable needs of the municipality as well as the intended urban development and, in addition, constitutes the planning requirements for the drawing up of development plans.
