The city of Ennigerloh offers its building plans as so-called “Open Data”. Open data is not just publicly accessible data. Open data is mainly about the opportunities and opportunities offered by this publicly available data. Support for research, promotion of local economy and closer contact with citizens — these are only three aspects that the European Union has led to this, including the PSI Directive (Directive 2003/98/EC of 17 November 2003, amended version: Directive 2013/37/EU of 26 June 2013) and the INSPIRE Directive (Directive 2007/2/EC of 14 March 2007). Both directives must be transposed into national law in all Member States.
The data can be retrieved and used for re-use with a WMS/WFS service updated daily.
